We charge per load by weight band — a single item (up to 50 kg, from £80), then quarter (up to 250 kg), half (up to 500 kg), three-quarter (up to 750 kg), or a full load (up to 1 tonne). Labour, loading and disposal are included; prices exclude VAT. Optional extras — carry-through, rear-yard access, stairs where there's no lift, or late-evening collections — are quoted upfront, never sprung on the day.

Not necessarily. If your waste is accessible from outside (garden, driveway, or kerbside), you don't need to be present. If the crew needs access inside a property, someone should be available.

Your waste goes to a licensed transfer station where it is sorted and processed. 97% is diverted from landfill through recycling and energy recovery. You'll receive a waste transfer note by email confirming lawful disposal.

We cannot accept asbestos, clinical waste, explosives, pressurised gas canisters, tyres, or liquid chemicals. Everything else — furniture, white goods, garden waste, builders' rubble — we can handle.
