What happens on the day
Book by load
Tell us what you've got — rubble, plasterboard, timber, mixed — and roughly how much. We confirm a fixed price before anyone sets out.
Arrive with the right kit
We bring wheelbarrows, heavy-lift gear, and PPE. No need to bag anything — we load loose straight from your skip-free site.
Materials separated on site
Plasterboard, inert rubble, and timber are sorted into separate bays on the van. This is a legal requirement for construction waste and we handle it for you.
Transfer note with EWC codes
Your waste transfer note arrives with the correct European Waste Catalogue codes — the documentation you need for planning records and contractor compliance.

Pay for the load, not the stress. All prices include labour and disposal, and are charged per load (+ VAT).

Yes, but we have to keep it separate from other waste (it can't go to landfill). We sort it on the van for you.

We don't touch bonded or loose asbestos. If you're unsure, we can recommend a licensed removal partner who does.
